Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Export Sales Manager to lead and expand our international sales operations in the chemical industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing global market strategies, managing key international accounts, and achieving export sales targets. This role demands strong leadership, strategic planning, and a deep understanding of global trade dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement export sales strategies to achieve organizational sales and profit goals.
- Identify, evaluate, and establish new business opportunities in international markets.
- Manage and mentor the export sales team to ensure high performance and productivity.
- Maintain strong relationships with key overseas clients and distributors.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with international buyers.




- Oversee the entire export sales process — from lead generation and inquiry handling to shipment coordination and order closure.
- Collaborate with production, logistics, and documentation teams to ensure timely and compliant export execution.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and global demand to guide business decisions.
- Represent the company in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and client meetings.
- Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management review.

Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (MBA in International Business or Marketing preferred).
- Experience:
- Minimum 6–10 years of experience in international sales or export marketing, preferably in the chemical or related industrial sector.
- Proven track record of achieving export sales targets.
