Facility Management (Plant & Office)
- Oversee plant and office facilities including housekeeping, security, utilities, and maintenance
- Ensure uninterrupted functioning of infrastructure (power, water, HVAC & DG set etc.)
- Manage AMCs, contractors, and service vendors effectively
- Handle workplace and pantry operations efficiently
- Ensure adherence to safety standards.

Hospitality & Guest Management
- Manage guest houses, visiting employees, auditors, and VIP accommodations
- Coordinate hotel bookings and travel arrangements for guests
- Oversee catering, pantry, and food services
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and service quality

Seminar, Training & Event Management
- Plan and execute plant-level seminars, training sessions, and safety workshops
- Coordinate logistics including venue setup, AV arrangements, and hospitality
- Manage internal and external vendors for events
- Ensure seamless execution and proper documentation/reporting

Transportation Management
- Manage employee and guest transportation (fleet/vendor-based)




- Plan routes, schedules, and optimize transportation costs
- Ensure vehicle safety, timely servicing, and compliance
- Coordinate guest pickups and logistics support

Administrative Leadership
- Lead and manage the administration team at the site
- Develop SOPs and improve administrative processes
- Monitor budgets, control costs, and enhance operational efficiency

Vendor & Contractor Management
- Manage facility, transport, and hospitality vendors
- Negotiate contracts and ensure SLA compliance
- Monitor vendor performance and service quality
