About the Role

We're looking for a proactive HR Manager who can manage people-related activities while also contributing to the company's business growth and external relationships.

The role combines HR & People Operations with Business Development, with a strong focus on identifying opportunities, developing qualified relationships, and supporting business growth.

What You'll Do

HR & People Operations
- Support recruitment, candidate screening, and onboarding.
- Coordinate employee communication and internal HR activities.
- Maintain HR records and support day-to-day people operations.
- Research and identify potential B2B opportunities.
- Build relationships with prospective clients and partners.
- Support business discussions, proposals, and follow-ups.
- Help develop qualified opportunities toward successful engagements.
- Represent the company professionally in external communications.

Who We're Looking For
- 1+ year of HR, Business Development, Operations, Sales, Recruitment, or related experience.




- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Business/commercial awareness and confidence dealing with people.
- Proactive, organized, and comfortable taking ownership.
- BBA, B.Com, Economics, Management, HR, or related background preferred.
