Hiring: Recruitment Lead – Cybersecurity & AI

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Lead(Min. Exp. 4+ Years) to own end-to-end hiring for our Cybersecurity & AI organization.

What we're looking for:
- Strong understanding of the Cybersecurity & AI industry and the different technical profiles across these domains.
- Proven experience hiring for technical/IT, Cybersecurity and AI roles.
- Strong LinkedIn network/reach and ability to source niche technical talent.
- Good technical acumen to understand requirement and draft JDs and assess candidates beyond basic HR screening.

Ability to evaluate candidates on like:

1. JD & technical skill alignment

2. Technical depth and relevant experience

3. Problem-solving/technical understanding

4. Cultural fit

5. Career interests and role alignment

6. Long-term suitability for the organization
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to go the extra mile to close critical/niche positions.




- Ability to manage the recruitment team while also being a hands-on Individual Contributor (IC) and personally driving key/critical requirements.

This is a player-coach role — the person will manage the team while independently owning and delivering critical Cybersecurity & AI hiring mandates.
