? About the Role:

Join our strategic finance team to drive FP&A;, financial modeling, and controllership operations across global markets. You'll create FP&A; models, dashboards, and board packs, while supporting budgeting, accounting, compliance, and KPI tracking

? Key Responsibilities:

1. FP&A; & Strategic Forecasting

* Create and manage financial models for budgeting, scenario planning, and revenue forecasting.

* Perform monthly variance analysis and support business reviews across international markets.

* Work closely with department heads to analyze business drivers and refine projections.

2. Controllership & Compliance Support

* Assist with accounting processes, journal entries, reconciliations, and ledger reviews.

* Maintain and track debtor and creditor aging schedules, ensuring up-to-date reporting.





* Collaborate with finance teams to support audit, tax, and statutory compliance.

3. Financial Modeling Excellence

* Build dynamic Excel-based models tailored to market-specific nuances for India, the US, and Middle East regions.

* Conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses to guide operational and investment decisions.

* Support valuation and business planning exercises with robust modelling frameworks.

4. Board Pack Creation & Reporting

* Develop high-quality board decks including summary financials, key KPIs, and analytical insights.

* Collaborate with leadership to deliver transparent, investor-ready presentations and dashboards.

5. Dashboarding & KPI Tracking

* Build intuitive dashboards for tracking operational performance and market-specific metrics.

* Provide actionable insights to management using real-time data visualization.
