Required Skill:
- 5+ years of relevant Workday Integration experience, including complex development and production support.
- Strong hands-on experience with Workday Orchestrate, including design, development, deployment and troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of Workday Studio, EIB, Core/Cloud Connectors, REST/SOAP, WSDL, XML/XSLT, Calculated Fields, Advanced/Custom Reports, ISUs and ISSGs.
- Experience integrating Workday across HCM, Payroll and/or Financial Management and third-party applications.
- Experience working in a Managed Services / Operate environment and managing multiple client priorities.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical and root-cause analysis capabilities.
- Ability to independently own deliverables and communicate effectively with client and global stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Design, build, test, deploy and support Workday integrations and Orchestrate solutions.
- Develop Orchestrations for complex, multi-step processes and integrations with external enterprise applications.
- Build and support solutions using EIB, Core/Cloud Connectors, Workday Web Services, REST/SOAP APIs, XML and XSLT.
- Configure supporting components including ISUs, ISSGs, integration security, scheduling, notifications, calculated fields and reports.
- Troubleshoot complex integration and Orchestrate issues, perform root-cause analysis and implement sustainable fixes.
- Monitor and enhance integrations for performance, reliability, error handling and maintainability.
- Support tenant migrations, deployments and Workday release impact assessments.
