Job Description: Regional Sales Executive (Field Sales)

Head Office: Delhi , mundka
Locations: Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Kolkata, Bangalore, Delhi
Position Type: Full-time, Permanent (Field Sales)
Compensation: 50,000 to 1,00,000 per month (depending on experience) + Performance Incentives + Travel Reimbursement

Job PurposeWe are looking for result-driven Regional Sales

Executives based in Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Kolkata, and Bangalore. You will expand our market presence in the industrial fasteners, anchors, and hardware supplies manufacturing segment. Operating as a field-based professional, you will report to our Delhi Head Office, drive revenue growth, and independently scale regional distribution networks.

Preferred candidate profile

Responsibilities
- Network Expansion: Identify, onboard, and manage a robust network of local distributors, dealers, and retail hardware networks.
- B2B Sales: Drive direct sales by targeting industrial buyers, OEMs, and large construction projects within your assigned territory.
- Remote Reporting:



Manage daily field operations independently while maintaining structured visual and data-driven reporting with the Delhi management team.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual regional sales and collection targets.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 3 to 8 years of proven field sales experience strictly within the manufacturing, industrial hardware, or fastener industry.
- Network: Must possess an active, pre-existing network of local distributors and hardware dealers in the applied city.
- Technical Knowledge: Transparent understanding of industrial hardware products, applications, and basic technical specifications (e.g., tensile strength, metallurgy).
- Joining Availability: Immediate joiners or candidates with a maximum notice period of 30 days are highly preferred.
- Travel: Comfortable with extensive daily field travel within the local region and open to visiting the Delhi Head
