Job Objective:
To support production by ensuring consistent product quality through regular testing, inspection, monitoring, and auditing of incoming raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished products.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform quality control checks and analysis of raw materials, semi-finished products, WIP, and finished goods.
- Ensure that processes and products comply with customer specifications, internal quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct required quality, quantity, composition, and other analytical tests and maintain accurate test reports.
- Support the development and implementation of quality standards and specifications and ensure production adheres to them.
- Collect and inspect samples to identify any undesirable materials, contamination, or quality deviations in WIP and finished products.
- Ensure all testing requirements for export consignments are completed and results are available within the required timelines.
- Conduct quality checks required for final product packaging and release.




- Maintain accurate QA/QC records and documentation in SAP to ensure complete product traceability.
- Maintain records of all tests, inspections, and quality control activities.
- Conduct quality inspections, process monitoring, and product analysis as per established procedures.
- Ensure all quality check sheets and records are completed correctly and that identified non-conformities are appropriately addressed, documented, and closed.
- Coordinate and participate in customer, certification, regulatory, and external quality audits.
- Monitor and maintain pest control activities across various plant areas.
- Conduct and support Food Safety and hygiene training for employees and food handlers.
- Coordinate with Production, R&D;, Stores, and other departments to identify and resolve quality-related issues.
- Support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) for quality deviations and customer complaints.
