JOB TITILE - US NON-IT Recruiter/ Engineering Recruiter
Experience - 06 Months to 4 years of experience
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Non-IT and Engineering positions.
- Understand manpower requirements and job specifications from hiring managers.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on technical skills, qualifications, experience, and job requirements.
- Handle recruitment for engineering and technical positions across
- Maintain a solid pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.
- Coordinate interview schedules and ensure timely feedback from candidates and hiring managers.
- Achieve monthly recruitment targets and ensure positions are closed within the required TAT.
