Senior Manager - Digital Procurement and Transformation Lead

Digital Procurement | Source-to-Pay Implementation, Automation & Transformation Leadership

ROLE SUMMARY

The Senior Manager will lead digital procurement transformation programs, helping organizations modernize procurement functions through technology enablement, process transformation, automation, supplier collaboration, and digital operating model design. The role requires deep experience in Source-to-Pay transformation, supplier management, manufacturing and logistics procurement environments,



and procurement technology implementation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Digital Procurement Transformation
- Lead large-scale digital procurement transformation initiatives across Source-to-Pay, Procure-to-Pay, sourcing, supplier management, and contract management.
- Define future-state digital procurement strategies, implementation roadmaps, and transformation governance models.
- Drive procurement process standardization, automation, and operational excellence initiatives.
- Partner with business, procurement, technology, and operations stakeholders to translate transformation priorities into structured execution plans.
- Support digital operating model design, including roles, responsibilities, governance forums, adoption approach, and performance management cadence.

Source-to-Pay Implementation Leadership
