Position: HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
- Negotiate salary and explain job offers.
- Manage onboarding documentation and joining formalities.

Counselling
- Understand the candidate's education, experience, skills, career goals, and interests.
- Recommend suitable career paths, courses, and job opportunities.
- Explain IT and Non-IT career options clearly.
- Understand candidates' career-gap concerns and documentation issues.
- Explain eligibility requirements honestly and clearly.
- Guide candidates regarding resume gaps, experience, PF history, and employment documentation where relevant.
