Job Summary

Surbhi Satcom Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced SCM Executive – Accounts with 3–4 years of relevant experience in electronics manufacturing.

The candidate will be responsible for Purchase Order (PO) review, Bill of Entry (BOE) and payment reconciliation, vendor bill processing, debit notes, Tally operations, commercial documentation, and coordination with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth SCM and commercial operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Review and verify Purchase Orders (POs) for accuracy, pricing, quantities, terms, taxes, and other relevant details.
- Review and compare Bill of Entry (BOE) with payment details and ensure proper reconciliation.
- Verify and process vendor bills and ensure timely submission for payment processing.




- Check vendor bills against POs, invoices, GRNs, BOEs, and other supporting documents.
- Prepare and process Debit Notes as per company requirements.
- Handle day-to-day accounting entries and transactions using Tally / Tally ERP.
- Maintain proper records of POs, invoices, BOEs, payments, debit notes, and other commercial documents.
- Coordinate with Vendors, Accounts, SCM, Purchase, Stores, and other departments to resolve discrepancies.
- Identify discrepancies related to bills, payments, quantities, pricing, taxes, or documentation and ensure timely resolution.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining accurate SCM and commercial MIS reports.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company processes.
- Support day-to-day SCM, commercial, and accounts-related activities as required.

- Mandatory: Positive working knowledge of Tally / Tally ERP.
