Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
- Conduct HAZOP studies to identify potential hazards in processes and develop mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and validate new products or processes.
- Analyze data from utility systems such as PSR (Process Safety Report) to optimize energy consumption.
Job Requirements :
- 5-11 years of experience in a chemical industry setting.
- Robust understanding of material balance principles for efficient production planning.
- Experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing.
