Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Business Development Executive with a proven track record of selling both IT products and IT services. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication skills, capable of independently owning the sales cycle end-to-end — from lead generation to long-term client engagement, while working across international time zones. This is a high-growth role: as the business scales, the successful candidate will have the prospect to build and lead a team of their own.

Key Responsibilities
- - Ideify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities for IT products and IT services across international markets (US, UK, Australia)
- - Takfull ownership of each prospect the role goes beyond lead generation; it requires nurturing every prospect through the sales cycle until it converts into a long-term client engagement
- - Mane the complete sales cycle: outreach, discovery calls, proposal creation, negotiation, and closing




- - Conct high-volume telephonic sales calls with prospects and clients as a primary mode of outreach and relationship-building
- - Bui and maintain strong, long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients, acting as their trusted point of contact well beyond the initial sale
- - Undstand client requirements and effectively position AQB Solutions' service/product offerings as the right fit
- - Achve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue goals
- - Colborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure smooth handoff and client onboarding post-sale
- - Staupdated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market intelligence to identify new opportunities
- - Maiain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts in CRM
- - Repsent AQB Solutions professionally in all client-facing communications, calls, and virtual meetings
- - As e portfolio of accounts and business grows, take on responsibility for building and mentoring a team under their lead
