- Preventive Maintenance & Systems Operations
- Execute and track the resort's planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedule for hotel equipment, plant rooms, and infrastructure.
- Monitor the operations of major hotel systems, including Chiller plants, HVAC systems, DG sets (Generators), RO plants, and Sewage Treatment Plants (STP).
- Coordinate closely with the Housekeeping and Front Office teams to execute deep room maintenance projects during low occupancy windows.

Job Requirements & Specifications
- Experience: Minimum 2 to 6 years of experience in maintenance operations, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisor role specifically within a 3-star, 4-star, or 5-star resort/hotel setting.




- Technical Skills: Robust hands-on knowledge of hotel mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, HVAC units, refrigeration, and central hot water boilers.
- Soft Skills: Strong troubleshooting skills, a proactive attitude, and clear communication skills to delegate tasks effectively to field technicians.
- Education: Diploma or ITI Certification in Electrical, Mechanical, or Air Conditioning Engineering is highly preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
