Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP S/4HANA Service Management / Customer Service
- Design and configure core service processes including:
- Service Order Management & Service Notifications
- Service Contracts / Entitlement Management
- Warranty Management
- Installed Base / Equipment Integration
- Returns & Repair Processes (RMA, Depot Repair)
- Loaner / Replacement Management
- Resource-related Billing & Service Billing
- Configure and manage:
- Service orders, confirmations, and execution lifecycle
- SLA tracking, entitlements, and service contracts
- Billing integration with SD and FI
- Define and optimize end-to-end service lifecycle (request execution billing)
- Support repair processes (in-house, third-party, exchange) and warranty flows
- Conduct Fit-Gap workshops, blueprinting, and solution design
- Support data migration, testing, cutover, and hypercare activities

Mandatory Skills
- Strong experience in SAP Service Management / Customer Service (CS)
- Hands-on experience in:




- Service Order & Notification configuration
- Service Contracts / Entitlement processes
- Warranty Management & repair scenarios
- Installed Base / Equipment management
- Returns & repair processes (RMA / depot repair)
- Service billing (including resource-related billing)
- Experience in S/4HANA implementations / conversions
- Robust understanding of cross-module integration (SD/MM/FI/CO/PP-QM)
- Experience with SAP Fiori apps for Service

Preferred Skills
- Experience in:
- SAP S/4HANA Service (Advanced Service Management)
- SAP FSM (Field Service Management)
- SAP Service Cloud / CX integration
- Knowledge of:
- Integration (SAP CPI / APIs / OData / IDocs)
- Embedded analytics (CDS views, SAC)
- EAM integration (Plant Maintenance / Asset Management)
- Exposure to manufacturing / aerospace service processes (MRO, aftermarket services)
