Role Description
The Team Leader role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bhubaneswar. The Team Leader will oversee day-to-day project activities, coordinate tasks among team members, and monitor progress to ensure work is completed on time and in line with quality and safety standards. This role includes assigning responsibilities,



providing guidance and support, resolving operational issues, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders and management. The Team Leader will contribute to planning and execution of construction and infrastructure projects, prepare basic reports, and help implement process improvements. The position requires active presence on site to supervise operations, foster collaboration, and uphold Cayana’s values of integrity and trust.
