Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Representative to develop sales and distribution in the assigned territory.

The candidate will be responsible for appointing and developing Stockists/Distributors, generating Primary & Secondary Sales, increasing retail coverage, opening new outlets, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and develop potential Stockists / Distributors in the assigned territory.

* Assist in appointment and activation of new Stockists/Distributors.

* Generate Primary Sales from Stockists/Distributors as per assigned targets.

* Drive Secondary Sales through regular retailer and market visits.

* Visit retailers, wholesalers and dealers according to the assigned beat plan.





* Generate regular orders from existing and new retail outlets.

* Open new retail outlets and increase numerical distribution in the territory.

* Ensure availability and visibility of company products at retail outlets.

* Develop recent markets, towns and sales opportunities within the assigned area.

* Build strong relationships with Stockists, Distributors, Wholesalers and Retailers.

* Ensure adequate stock availability with Stockists/Distributors.

* Implement company schemes, promotions and new product launches in the market.

* Monitor competitor products, pricing, schemes and market activities.

* Follow up with distributors for orders, supplies and payments where required.

* Maintain daily market visit, order booking and sales reports.

* Achieve monthly Primary Sales, Secondary Sales, Outlet Coverage and New Outlet Opening targets.
