- Responsibilities include outbound and inbound calling, follow-up, maintaining CRM records, conducting eligibility assessments, and coordinating with admissions and faculty
- The role requires excellent communication, persuasive counselling, and relationship-building skills
- Must be fluent in English, Hindi, and Bengali
- Prior experience in education counselling, telesales, or admissions preferred
- Solid interpersonal skills, target-driven mindset, and ability to work flexible hours are essential
