Key Responsibilities:

1. Proctor a variety of tests for external and internal clients of Proctoring Services.

2. Maintain confidentiality and security of all testing materials, test logs, and other test documents.

3. Must be vigilant - able to pay close attention to cheating or prevention of cheating; able to administer rules.

4. Prepare documentation of cheating or dishonesty to assist in student discipline process. Inventory and order exams on an ongoing basis.

5. Work with students who have need of special accommodations, including but not limited to reading tests, scribing tests,



or providing a special testing climate.

6. Enter student details into appropriate software. Check the students information and code the records for reports.

7. Reports rule violations and/or unusual occurrences during examinations.

Required Technical Skills:

Degree, Diploma, or equivalent with excellent communication skills.

Intermediate knowledge of Word and spreadsheet programs.

Able to work independently.

Excellent organizational skills; effective verbal skills.

Preferred:

Previous experience working in a community college, preferably in student services
