Digital Marketing Manager – Performance Marketing (Display & App Growth)

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly analytical, performance-first Digital Marketing Manager to lead Display, Programmatic, and Mobile App acquisition at scale across international markets.



This role requires someone who has managed large budgets, optimized on hard performance metrics (CPI, CAC, ROAS, LTV) and has deep expertise in attribution, tracking, and mobile measurement using AppsFlyer.

If you’ve scaled campaigns across geographies, understand how to work with cohorts and attribution windows, and can drive installs and revenue, not just traffic, this role is for you.

Core Responsibilities
- Performance & Display Media Buying

 Own end-to-end strategy, execution, and optimization of
Display & Programmatic campaigns
across GDN, DV360, Meta Audience Network, and other networks

 Deploy full-funnel acquisition strategies including prospecting, retargeting, and re engagement

 Manage large monthly budgets with strict efficiency targets (CPI, CAC, ROAS, Payback Period)

 Optimize bids, placements, creatives, and audience segments using performance data
- Mobile App Growth
