HBR is a dynamic and innovative Staffing company, committed to fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruitment Intern to join our team and support our talent acquisition efforts.

Location: Remote

Stipend:- Performance Based

Duration: 3 month- 6 Month

Responsibilities:

Sourcing and Screening:

Utilize various online platforms and databases to identify potential candidates.

Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.

Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability.

Coordination and Communication:

Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Maintain regular communication with candidates to provide updates on their application status.

Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless recruitment process.

Database Management:
Maintain an organized and up-to-date candidate database.




Input and update candidate information in our applicant tracking system (ATS).

Job Postings:

Draft compelling and accurate job descriptions for open positions.
Post job openings on relevant job boards and social media platforms.

Research and Market Analysis:
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor practices.
Provide insights and recommendations for improving recruitment strategies.

Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.

Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment.

Familiarity with HR and recruitment processes is a plus.
