Role Description
The Assistant to Vice President is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore, supporting the Vice President in daily operations and strategic initiatives. Responsibilities include managing calendars, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining organized records and documentation. The role involves preparing reports and presentations, following up on action items,



and liaising with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth communication and execution. The assistant will also oversee basic office administration tasks, screen and route phone calls, and help streamline processes to support efficient decision-making and business growth.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to manage schedules, documentation, and office operations efficiently.
- Candidates should possess solid Executive Administrative Assistance capabilities to support senior leadership, prepare reports, and coordinate high-level meetings.
- Candidates should possess professional Communication and Phone Etiquette skills to interact effectively with stakeholders and handle calls and inquiries courteously.
