Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Sr TA Specialistto lead the end-to-end recruitment function across two key verticals: client hiring (Staffing Business Unit) and internal hiring. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in staffing, leadership hiring, recruitment operations, stakeholder management, and building high-performing recruitment teams. This role requires balancing delivery excellence with strategic workforce planning while driving process improvements, team productivity, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
*Client Recruitment (Staffing Business Unit)*
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment delivery for multiple client accounts across IT, Engineering, BFSI, Healthcare, and other domains.
- Ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements while maintaining quality and SLA adherence.
- Partner with Sales, Account Managers,



and Delivery teams to understand client needs and recruitment priorities.
- Monitor recruitment metrics including TAT, submission-to-interview ratio, offer-to-join ratio, closures, and client satisfaction.
- Lead hiring for lateral staffing, contract staffing, and RPO engagements.

*Internal Talent Acquisition*
- Lead hiring for corporate functions including Technology, HR, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Delivery, and Leadership positions.
- Partner with department heads on workforce planning and requirements.
- Enhance employer branding and candidate experience.
- Build robust talent pipelines for critical roles.

*Leadership & Team Management*
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Recruitment Managers, Team Leads, and Recruiters.
- Define KPIs, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement.
