Handy sQuad is looking for a energetic, customer-focused Sales & Customer Relationship Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in sales, client relationship management, or customer-facing industries who are looking to build a rewarding career in the home services sector.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage leads through inbound and outbound channels
- Convert prospects into customers through effective sales pitches and follow-ups
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
- Handle end-to-end customer queries, ensuring high satisfaction and retention
- Achieve individual and team sales targets consistently
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and customer interactions using CRM tools
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to overall revenue growth
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery post-sale
- Provide consultative advice to customers based on their specific needs
