Support organizational governance, performance reviews, and leadership communications.

Solution & Process Ownership
Oversee the lifecycle of enterprise and business solutions across HR, Finance, Clinical, and Business Intelligence functions.




Translate business needs into solution requirements and ensure successful implementation.
Collaborate with IT and functional managers to optimize systems, enhance user experience, and maintain compliance with global standards.
Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and innovation.

Operations & Project Management
Lead cross-functional projects and ensure milestones, deliverables, and budgets are met.
Coordinate priorities across teams, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Manage change initiatives, supporting smooth adoption of current systems and processes.
Use data-driven insights to support operational efficiency and continuous improvement.

Stakeholder Engagement
Build trusted relationships with senior managers, leadership, and global teams.
