Role Overview:

We are looking for an accomplished and forward-looking Head of Data Operations to build, lead, and transform our Data Operations function as we scale toward our 2030 vision.

This is a strategic leadership role responsible for the reliability, quality, availability, security, and efficiency of healthcare data, while establishing the operating model, capabilities, and technology foundation required to support the next generation of our Population Health Management platform.





The ideal candidate will bring strong Data Operations and Data Engineering expertise, combined with a transformation mindset and experience leveraging DataOps, AI, automation, observability, and intelligent decision-making to reduce manual intervention and build scalable, resilient data operations.

The role will work closely with Engineering, Product, Architecture, Analytics, QA, DevOps, Security, and Customer Success.
