Job Title: BIM Structure (Revit)

Experience: 1-5 Years (*Freshers are not eligible.)*

Job Location: Pune

Qualification:
- Diploma in Civil Engineering
- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and prepare structural BIM models and drawings using Revit.
- Work on various types of structures and construction materials, including Concrete, Steel, Cold Formed Steel (CFS/LGS), and Wood.
- Prepare and maintain structural detailing and construction drawings as per project requirements.
- Create shop drawings and coordinate structural information across project deliverables.
- Work on overseas projects and support international clients in an engineering outsourcing environment.
- Coordinate and review models/drawings using Navisworks.
- Prepare fabrication drawings and MWF deliverables wherever applicable.

Required Skills
- Solid technical understanding of structural systems and construction materials.




- Hands-on experience with:
- Revit
- AutoCAD
- Navisworks
- Structural BIM Modelling & Detailing
- Shop Drawings
- Experience in fabrication drawings will be an added advantage.
- Exposure to MWF will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Experience working on overseas projects / engineering outsourcing projects is preferred.
