Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage day-to-day operations of the APM team, ensuring timely delivery of projects and tasks.
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of network devices, including monitoring tools such as PAM and PASS.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in operational efficiency and implement changes accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in IT services & consulting.
Job Requirements :
- 3-4 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting, preferably in an Operations Management role.
- Robust understanding of APM tools (PAM) and network devices (PASS).
- Experience with monitoring tools used in IT services & consulting industry.
- Proven track record in managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
