About Kawa

Kawa is a screen-free early learning environment for children aged 12 months to 6 years in Nallagandla, Hyderabad. We are built for one outcome. A child who can direct their own attention and stay with a hard problem.

We are a founder-led team building something from the ground up, and this role sits close to that work. You will get direct exposure to how a company is built in its earliest, most formative stage, across marketing, events, and day-to-day operations.

The role

We are looking for a sharp, energetic graduate to work directly with the founder across marketing execution and event management as Kawa opens its first campus. This is a generalist role for someone who wants to learn by doing, move quick, and take ownership early. You will not be handed a fixed job description. You will be handed problems.

What you'll do
- Plan and run parent-facing events, including open days, community meetups,



and campus previews
- Support execution of social media, email, and on-ground marketing campaigns
- Coordinate logistics, vendors, and timelines for events and launches
- Assist the founder with day-to-day operational and administrative work as priorities shift
- Track outreach and enrollment inquiries and help convert interest into admissions
- Take on new, undefined responsibilities as the organisation grows

What we're looking for
- Fresh graduate or recent graduate, BBA, MBA, or BTech
- High energy, ownership mindset, and comfort with ambiguity
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Willingness to work hands-on, including on-ground event days and weekends when needed
- Genuine interest in early-stage building, not just a resume line
