Title: Workday HCM Integration Specialist

Location: Bangalore
Expected shift: mid shift i.e., 2pm-11pm IST.

The Workday HCM Integration Specialist will support global Workday HCM implementation and
ongoing production operations. This role is ideal for someone with 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience
who has supported integrations from design through go live and into production.

HOW YOU ADD VALUE
Design, build, test, deploy, and support Workday HCM integrations as part of a global
implementation and migration to production.
Develop and maintain inbound and outbound integrations using Workday integration technologies
such as EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Web Services, and Studio where applicable.
Support integrations across HCM, payroll, benefits, recruiting, time tracking, and third-party
systems.
Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams gather requirements and translate them into
technical integration solutions.
Own integration testing activities including unit testing, end to end testing, parallel testing, and post
go live validation.




Monitor and support production integrations, troubleshoot failures, and perform root cause
analysis.
Support data mapping, transformation, and validation during migration and ongoing operations.
Create and maintain technical documentation including integration designs, mappings, and
support procedures.
Ensure integrations comply with security, data privacy, and global compliance requirements.
Work with flat file, XML, and JSON data formats to support accurate data mapping and
transformation.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent
experience.
2 to 3 years of experience working with Workday HCM integrations or comparable HRIS
integration platforms.
Hands on experience supporting integrations from implementation through production.
Solid experience with EIBs and Core Connectors. Exposure to Workday Studio and Workday
