Job Summary :-We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Founder's Office Intern to join our team at SandMartin Global Outsourcing. This role gives you direct exposure to high-impact projects across business development, strategy, internal operations, and research. Youll work closely with the Founder's Office team, interact with cross-functional departments, and build strong project management and analytical capabilities while contributing to strategic initiatives that shape the companys direction.

Position Requirements

Education • Students currently pursuing or recent graduates in Business, Management, Economics, Finance, or related fields.

Skills • Strong research and analytical abilities • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) • Strong verbal and written communication • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills • Basic understanding of business operations or consulting (preferred) • Eagerness to learn and adapt quickly

Position Responsibilities

1. Market Research & Analysis • Conduct research on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor strategies. • Summarize findings into actionable insights and presentations. • Support basic financial or operational data analysis for internal projects.

2. Project Coordination & Tracking • Assist in project planning, documentation, and follow-ups. • Prepare project trackers, agendas, and minutes. • Coordinate with departments to ensure timely inputs for ongoing initiatives.

3. Internal Operations & Admin Support • Support documentation, internal reporting, and process-mapping exercises. • Assist with basic HR activities such as training coordination or onboarding checklists.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration • Work with multiple departments to gather data, feedback, and inputs. • Maintain smooth communication and documentation
