- Job Description - CNC Production Incharge:
- B.E Mechanical or Automobile or Production or Diploma in Mechanical with 10 years of experience in
- Automobile Component manufacturing industry, through CNC turning machining processes.
- 1. Hands on experience in programming & setting of CNC Turning Centers, VMC with Four Axis / 5-
- axis machining and Turn mill centers using Fanuc controller.
- 2. Sound knowledge in Shop floor control & problem solving, Cutting Tools selection and prove-
- out, Fixture design and prove-out, Machine layout planning
- 3. Valuable in Preparation of SOP, Daily monitoring charts, Process Rejection analysis and
- implementation of corrective and preventive actions
- 4. Estimate the Cycle time and reduction based on Tact time and productivity improvement.
- 5. Production planning and adherence. Manpower planning and reduction.
- 6. Focus on IATF requirements. Analysis and action plan for PQCDSM.
- 7. Focus on COPQ and QRQC.
- 8. Consumables cost planning and reduction.
- 9. Monitoring the production shift wise, day wise, weekly wise and monthly.
