Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Deputy Manager HR for a manufacturing company located in Chakan, Pune. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR, IR, Recruitment, Training & Development, Payroll, Statutory Compliance, Contract Labour Management, Employee Engagement, Safety and Administration activities at the plant.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from manpower requisition to joining.
- Source candidates through Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, internal references, advertisements and recruitment consultants.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on skills, qualifications and experience.
- Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews in coordination with departmental heads.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, employment contracts, confirmation, increment and transfer letters.
- Manage complete joining formalities, including HR induction and documentation.
- Track employee confirmations, appraisals and increments.

2. Training & Development




- Identify training needs in coordination with departmental heads.
- Prepare and execute annual/monthly training plans.
- Coordinate with internal and external trainers.
- Measure training effectiveness.
- Support IATF 16949 requirements and related HR documentation.
- Coordinate 5S, Kaizen and employee development initiatives.

3. Statutory Compliance
- Maintain statutory records under the Factories Act, Contract Labour Act and applicable labour laws.
- Manage PF, ESIC, LWF, Bonus and other statutory compliances.
- Prepare compliance calendars and statutory reports.
- Coordinate with government authorities and statutory departments.
- Manage factory licence renewal, factory plan approval and related documentation.
- Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly and annual statutory returns.
- Handle PF/ESIC activities including recent joining and exit updates, ECR preparation, challans and KYC.
