We are currently looking for a Content Manager having 6 or more years of experience, who can help p
lan and write content and news for a website dedicated to MBA aspirants.

Job Description: -

1. Strategy & Planning: Creating comprehensive content calendars and roadmaps to match the company’s goals and target audience needs.
2.



Team Leadership: Manage and mentor content writers, set performance goals, and run regular reviews.
3. Editorial Supervision: Assign daily tasks, review and edit copy for brand voice and quality, and enforce SEO best practices.
4. Cross-functional Work: Partner with design, product, marketing, counselling and video teams to build multimedia assets and coordinate campaigns.
5. Data Analysis: Track traffic, engagement, and conversion metrics to optimize future content.
6. Student Engagement: Ability to counsel students and address their queries through counselling sessions, videos and other avenues.

Skills & Qualifications Required: -

1. More than 6 years’ plus experience in a similar role in education related content creation.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a very valuable command over English.
3. Ability to read, edit copies under tight deadlines.
