Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and communicative Student Counsellor to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with students, understanding their educational and career requirements, and guiding them toward suitable courses and programs.

Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective students through phone calls, WhatsApp, and online communication.
- Understand students’ educational goals and requirements.
- Provide information about available courses, programs, eligibility, and admission procedures.
- Counsel and guide students based on their interests and career goals.
- Follow up with students and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain accurate records of student enquiries and follow-ups.
- Support the admissions team in converting enquiries into enrolments.




- Achieve assigned counselling and admission targets.

Requirements
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with 1+ year of experience in counselling, telecalling, sales, education, or customer service are preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with students and parents.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to use WhatsApp, email, and online platforms.
- Good follow-up skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently in a work-from-home environment.
