JOB SUMMARY

The Telesales Manager – Inside Sales will lead market penetration and revenue generation for the company’s Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) products across Tamil Nadu and surrounding markets. This is a consultative B2B inside-sales leadership role focused on lead generation, customer engagement, product education, pipeline management, deal closure, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate should be capable of simplifying complex automotive safety technologies for customers while building a strong sales pipeline and establishing the company's presence in a new territory.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Territory Development:



Build and expand the Tamil Nadu market through systematic prospecting, cold calling, lead generation, relationship building, and development of a strong B2B sales pipeline.
- B2B Lead Generation: Identify and engage commercial fleet owners, logistics companies, automotive dealerships, aftermarket distributors, transport operators, and corporate customers.
- Consultative Selling: Understand customer requirements and effectively communicate the safety, operational, and business advantages of ADAS solutions, including driver monitoring, fatigue detection, collision avoidance, and related technologies.
- Sales Funnel Management: Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to product presentation, follow-up, objection handling, negotiation, and deal closure, ensuring achievement of monthly revenue targets.
- Team & Performance Management: Establish sales targets, monitor daily/weekly performance, guide telesales activities, review conversion ratios,
