Job Title: CNC Operator

Location: C-14(P) & C-23(P, Industrial Focal Point, Raikot, Punjab 141109

1. Qualifications

-ITI/Diploma in Mechanical/Production Engineering.

-CNC programming training from a reputed institute.

2. Experience
- 2–3 years of CNC machine handling experience preferred.

3. Job Description / Roles and Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machines to produce precision parts.
- Interpret technical drawings and set machine parameters.
- Conduct first-off inspection and ensure dimensional accuracy.
- Perform quality checks using measuring instruments.
- Maintain machine cleanliness and safety standards.
- Set up CNC machines, including tools, fixtures, and materials, before starting production.
- Identify and troubleshoot minor machine issues during production.
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean working environment.

4. Skill Set
- Equipment Operation Proficiency: Can operate and train others




- Quality Control Practices: Implement and maintain the Quality processes
- Safety Compliance: Knowledge of the safety standards
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate with the team, the customer and external product and service providers.
- Teamwork: Ability to work in team
- Problem solving abilities: Ability to solve problems encountered at work also help the team to resolve their problems
- Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving: Technical bent of mind to reach the root cause of the problem and troubleshoot the same Excellent verbal communication skills and Proficient in drafting transparent and concise, and professional emails for internal and external communication

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
