We are seeking a results-driven Google & Meta Ads Specialist to manage, scale, and optimize high-ROI paid media campaigns. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end campaign execution—from strategic setup, audience targeting, and ad copy/creative testing, to ongoing bid management, analytics tracking, and conversion optimization.

Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan, build, launch, and manage performance-driven campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, Performance Max, YouTube) and Meta (Facebook & Instagram Ads Manager).
- Optimization & Scaling: Continuously monitor campaign performance, adjusting bids, budgets, targeting, and ad placements to optimize CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) and maximize ROAS.
- Creative & Copy Direction: Partner with creative teams to brief, test, and iterate on high-converting ad copy, visual assets, and video hooks.
- Tracking & Analytics:



Ensure clean tracking setup (Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Conversions API, GA4, UTM parameters).
- A/B Testing: Design and execute structured tests for ad creatives, landing pages, audiences, and offer angles.
- Reporting: Analyze performance data, generate weekly/monthly reports, and translate raw metrics into actionable growth insights.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 2–4+ years of hands-on experience managing and scaling paid media budgets on both Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Track Record: Proven history of managing ad spend ($[X,000]+ / month) while maintaining strong ROAS/CPA targets.
- Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of Google Tag Manager (GTM), GA4, Meta Pixel setup, and Conversions API (CAPI).

Pay: ₹5,000.35 - ₹12,000.82 per month
