What are we looking for?

As a Deputy Manager, the role involves managing escalations and collating data of the customers to enhance the accuracy in assessing risks. It also includes handling sales channels and critical projects inured to ensure efficiency within the department.
What does the job entail?

Ensuring process completion as per pre-defined TAT and Standard Operating Procedure (SOPs).

۰ Underwriting of cases as per TAT and achieving daily target.

۰ Managing sales channels.

۰ Handling cross functional departmental activities.

۰ Conducting various product and system test to ensure customer satisfaction.

۰ Processing the cases to ensure smooth flow of departmental activities.

۰ Handling customer data to ensure process completion.

۰ Maintaining & managing MIS data as per pre-defined guidelines.
Work Experience

4-year experience.
Essential Qualification

Educational Qualification: Minimum Graduate/ Post Graduate.
Preferred Skills

Analytical abilities.
- Interpersonal skills.
- MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint and etc.)
