Job Description Project Manager (Interiors)

Role Overview:

Challani Jewellery is looking for an experienced Project Manager (Interiors) to handle end-to-end execution of interior projects for jewellery showrooms, corporate offices, and related facilities. The role involves planning, coordination, quality control, and timely delivery while maintaining brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage interior fit-out projects for jewellery showrooms and corporate spaces from design finalization to handover
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, vendors, contractors, and consultants
- Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, BOQs, and timelines
- Ensure quality standards, safety norms, and brand guidelines are followed
- Conduct regular site visits, review progress, and resolve execution issues
- Handle material planning, procurement coordination, and vendor payments




- Monitor project costs and control variations to avoid budget overruns
- Ensure timely completion of projects as per committed deadlines
- Maintain proper documentation, drawings, approvals, and reports
- Coordinate with internal teams for approvals and management updates

Key Requirements
- Interior Project Management experience is mandatory
- Proven experience in retail / showroom interiors (jewellery or luxury retail preferred)
- Solid knowledge of interior materials, finishes, MEP coordination, and execution
- Ability to handle multiple sites/projects simultaneously
- Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills
- Good understanding of quality control and cost management
- Willingness to travel for project supervision
