Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute brand strategies that resonate with our target audience.
- Create compelling copy and messaging that captures the essence of our brand and engages consumers.
- Plan and manage marketing campaigns, including product launches and promotional activities.
- Analyze consumer behavior and market trends to inform brand positioning and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with performance marketing, design, product teams,



and founders to ensure cohesive brand representation.
- Utilize customer data and insights to drive marketing decisions and enhance brand engagement.
- Balance strategic thinking with the ability to execute swiftly in a startup environment.

Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in a D2C brand, preferably in skincare, beauty, or wellness.
- Strong creative copywriting skills with a deep understanding of tone, emotion, and consumer psychology.
- Proven experience in campaign planning, product launch marketing, and brand storytelling.
- Strong grasp of consumer behavior, customer data, and insight-led marketing.
- Ability to think strategically while executing quickly in a quick-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
