Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Regional

Business Manager (RBM) to lead the Derma business across the assigned South India region. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing the field team, strengthening doctor relationships, and driving business growth through effective sales and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve business and revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of the assigned sales team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dermatologists, key opinion leaders, and other healthcare professionals.
- Drive prescription generation and brand growth across the assigned territory.
- Analyze sales performance, market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.




- Conduct regular field visits and ensure effective implementation of marketing strategies.
- Monitor territory-wise targets, productivity, and secondary sales.
- Ensure proper execution of promotional activities and product campaigns.
- Identify current business opportunities and support expansion into potential markets.
- Coordinate with the Sales & Marketing team for effective implementation of brand plans.
- Ensure timely reporting, team discipline, and compliance with company policies.
- Provide regular business updates and market feedback to senior management.

Candidate Profile
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline; MBA in Marketing will be an advantage.
- 6–12 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with relevant experience in the Dermatology/Derma segment preferred.
- Prior experience in a first-line/second-line sales management role will be preferred.
