Roles and Responsibilities
- Plan, design, execute, and monitor mining operations to meet production targets while ensuring safety standards.
- Conduct geological surveys, sampling, and testing to identify mineral deposits and optimize resource extraction.
- Develop mine plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and company policies during all phases of mining activities.
- Monitor equipment performance and implement improvements to increase efficiency.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-8 years of experience in iron ore mining or related field (civil engineering background preferred).
- Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree in relevant discipline (Civil or Mineral Engineering).
- Solid understanding of minerals, metals, and iron ore mining processes.
- Proficiency in data analysis software such as Excel or similar tools.
