Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Principal – Investment Banking Advisory Services to lead and grow our Investment Banking Advisory practice. The role will involve working closely with founders, promoters, CXOs, investors, HNIs, family offices, private equity/venture capital funds, and institutional investors across strategic and financial transactions. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in investment banking, M&A;, fundraising, private capital raising, financial advisory, transaction execution, and client relationship management, with a proven ability to originate and independently drive transactions from initial mandate through closure. This is a senior leadership role for someone who can combine deal-making capability, strong financial acumen, business development, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Investment Banking & Transaction Advisory

● Lead end-to-end sourcing to execution of investment banking mandates including:
- Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A;)



○ Private Equity / Venture Capital fundraising
- Strategic investments ○ Pre-IPO and IPO advisory
- Debt raising and structured finance
- Business restructuring and strategic advisory
- Secondary transactions and promoter stake transactions

● Evaluate transaction opportunities and develop appropriate transaction structures.

● Lead financial analysis, valuation, transaction modelling, due diligence and deal structuring.

● Prepare and review financial models, valuation reports, Information Memorandums, pitch books, teasers and investor presentations.

● Coordinate with legal, financial, tax, compliance and other external advisors throughout the transaction lifecycle.

● Manage negotiations and support clients through term-sheet, due-diligence and transaction-closing processes.
