Job Title Site Supervisor / Project Manager

Location Delhi NCR — In office (Gurgaon, Noida, Delhi, Faridabad)

Experience 1 – 3 years in interior fit-out or civil construction

What They Will Do
- Manage day-to-day execution at client sites — civil, MEP, false ceiling, flooring, carpentry
- Coordinate with all contractors and laborers on site daily
- Review GFC drawings, raise RFIs, and ensure execution matches design intent
- Prepare and share daily site progress reports with studio head
- Manage material delivery, quality check, and site storage
- Handle snag list and punch-list management during project closeout
- Ensure site safety standards are maintained at all times
- Manage project timeline and flag delays proactively

Must-Have Skills




- Hands-on experience in managing false ceiling (gypsum/grid), flooring, and carpentry execution
- Ability to read GFC drawings and interpret design specs on site
- Strong vendor/labor management skills — firm but fair
- WhatsApp / basic photo documentation for daily reporting
- Own two-wheeler preferred (for mobility across NCR sites)
- Problem-solving mindset — can take decisions on site

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
