Role Description
The Residential Senior Investment Manager – Real Estate will manage and grow a portfolio of residential real estate investments, with a focus on asset performance, risk management, and long-term value creation. This full-time, in office role is based in Koramangala and involves sourcing and evaluating residential properties, conducting financial and market analysis, and preparing investment proposals and business cases.



The person in this role will negotiate and oversee leases, coordinate with property management teams, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Daily responsibilities include monitoring asset performance, optimizing rental yields, maintaining strong relationships with builders, brokers, and tenants, and preparing regular reports and presentations for senior leadership and investors. The role also involves contributing to investment strategy, pipeline development, and continuous improvement of processes within India Realty’s integrated marketplace framework.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Real Estate and Residential Property Management, including experience with asset oversight and portfolio management.
