Join Sunteck Realty at our Head Office as an Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – Architecture, where you’ll play a key role in shaping premium real estate developments from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with consultants and project teams across Concept, DD, Tender & GFC stages.

Review architectural, structural, MEP and BIM drawings for quality and coordination.

Drive BIM coordination and Revit model reviews.

Monitor design deliverables, project schedules and site milestones.

Review RERA, marketing, agreement, parking and leasing drawings.

Support design optimization, feasibility studies and stakeholder presentations.

We’re looking for professionals with:




- B.Arch degree
- 5–8 years of experience in architectural design coordination
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and BIM workflows
- Experience in residential and mixed-use real estate projects
- Excellent coordination, communication and problem-solving skills

Location: Mumbai (Head Office)
