We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Urban Planner to join our PMC design and engineering team.

The ideal candidate will have up to 3 years of relevant experience in urban planning, master planning, or related fields.

This role involves working closely with senior planners, architects, engineers, and clients to support planning studies, development proposals, regulatory analysis, and site assessments across a range of projects.

Responsibilities
The following are key responsibilities but not limited to:
Assist senior planners and architects in review of planning proposals, master plans, urban planning concepts, and feasibility reports.
Support preparation of reports, presentations,



and graphic documentation for regulatory submissions and client presentations.
Conduct site assessments, data analysis, and research on zoning regulations, building codes, and statutory compliance.
Participate in stakeholder meetings, design charrettes, and client discussions to support planning inputs.
Assist in the preparation and coordination of statutory approval documentation.
Stay updated with local regulations, urban development policies, and emerging trends in urban planning and design.
Provide support for project coordination, documentation, and administrative tasks as needed.
