The Role
We're looking for an ambitious, self-motivated Senior Inside Sales Representative to be our first dedicated sales hire. You'll own the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead qualification through closing deals and onboarding customers. You'll work across a mix of deal sizes with sales cycles typically lasting 1-3 months.

Your Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify, research, and reach out to target prospects via email, phone, and LinkedIn
- Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified leads across startups, mid-market, and enterprise accounts

Sales Conversations & Qualification
- Conduct discovery calls to understand customer pain points, needs, and fit for our services and products
- Qualify leads based on budget, authority, need, and timeline

Deal Closing & Negotiation
- Move qualified opportunities through the sales pipeline with appropriate follow-up and engagement
